Also known as plastic welding, poly welding is a method used to fuse thermoplastics together. The purpose is to ensure that there is no seepage into the environment. Failure to do so means that your lining won’t be as secure, and you run the risk of damaging the surrounding area and/or receiving a fine.
Lining Victoria is proficient in both external and internal poly welding.
What is Poly Welding?
When poly welding, separate plastic components are combined into one new durable component to further seal the liner. The bond created is on a molecular level, which means the newly constituted component is durable as if it had always been a single item.
